Conventional and digital radiography may not always be a reliable indicator in the diagnosis of periapical lesions. In order to overcome the shortcomings, new and promising imaging modalities like ultrasound should be considered in evaluating these lesions. So, in this book I undertaken to assess the efficacy of conventional radiography, digital radiography and ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of periapical lesions.
This book is written in simple language. I have tried to make this book easier to understand this book among the undergraduate and postgraduate students of, oral medicine and radiology. I heartily request my readers to let me know about error if found.
